- Literally underneath the surface of W.C. Mepham lies The Art Center. A school within a school its art students can be found working countless hours during and after school harnessing their craft. It is a place where we celebrate each others unique differences while studying the elements and principles that unite us. It is a place where its students simultaneously lose and find themselves The Art Center has become home to many of its inhabitants.
